OddHourCare is not an emergency medical service.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts with intent, or loss of consciousness, you must call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department immediately.

Healthcare is provided virtually where clinically appropriate. Virtual care has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions.

An in-person assessment, diagnostic testing, or referral to emergency services may be required based on clinical judgment.

OddHourCare provides comprehensive primary health care services within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice as authorized by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Some conditions or services may require referral to a physician, specialist, emergency department, or other healthcare professional when clinically appropriate.

Patients must:

• Be physically located in Ontario at the time of the appointment
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information
• Provide informed consent for virtual care

Payment is required prior to the time of service. Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in clinic policy.

All appointments, clinical documentation, prescriptions, referrals, and medical records are managed through EMERGE EMR, a PHIPA, PIPEDA and SOC 2 secure third-party electronic medical record system.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

OddHourCare does not collect, store, or have access to credit card or banking information.

All website content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, educational materials, and design elements, is the property of OddHourCare unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddHourCare is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By booking an appointment with OddHourCare, you acknowledge and consent that:

• You are receiving virtual care from a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario
• Virtual care has limitations and may require in-person assessment
• Your medical records are securely stored in EMERGE EMR
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• The website does not store medical or payment information
• You confirm you are physically located in Ontario at the time of care
• You understand this service is not intended for emergency medical situations
